Can we terminate using call? And if end of Sept we terminate do we get cashback on Oct? Annual fee is calculated all member same date month or calculate 1 year from date you activate the card?

2k and get 100 meaning 5 percent lol

Erm have some question.. My card issued on Oct 2nd week... So I need to terminate in end of Sept to avoid annual fee rite?
So if I terminate in end of this month, my this month cashback will gone?

hi guys, info sharing.. try call CS ask for AF.
I juz called, the CS ask me do i aware of new term for cb, i said yes.
i want to know when my AF will be charged, then he said he able to waive my AF.
he told me currently they will waive all hlb cust wise card upon request, so i only will be charged next year.
i think they want to prevent large cancellation/termination.

please call and report back here.. thx

lets say I bought a phone 2k, and I did 500 petrol 500 touch n go (less than 10 swipe) I think this 10 swipe no more effective, and can TS update 1st page?.. so I entitled 100CB right? after I get this CB I probably will cancel my card as well.. if not mistaken my cut off is oct

since already waived last year, I think time to cancel my card after get Feb spending CB...
What card most of you change?

Btw, TS should change the term... 1st page still stated 10 swipe of rm 50

Channel to apply this using HLB right? cause R+ and CH do not have promo for hlb card...
2nd question is the annual fee, first year need pay?
