Hi... may I know which merchant you choose for Shopee?

So for example this one... we should buy exactly rm50 and it will be counted as part of the 5x/8x swipe right? Thanks !

Weird... any transaction will be counted as 1 swipe... like movie ticket and lazada purchase should be 1 swipe each .... any update from your call to CS? interested to know the outcome also... smile.gif

hi, the swipes of 12 times per year for annual fees waiver is not auto? Have to call them for waiver?
Btw, is online transaction (one off purchase eg movie ticket/lazada) considered 1 swipe?

I am asking this cause the bank charged me annual fees but in dec 2016 alone I already swiped for like 10 times in the month..

Yes, I can confirmed that. For the same seller can use same cc twice only. I switched to use supp card, also twice per cc. So 1 main and 1 supp can swipe max 4x for the same seller. There is an error msg from the platform say to prevent this.

In shopee, after adding rm50-tnb into shopping cart, where do u key in account-name & account-no & invoice-no, before going to creditcard-payment page?
Btw bill payments can use discount code?

You can put in as message or just chat with the seller. SMS2u is a member here, and also contactable via whatsapp.

If you're doing multiple purchase he says he will just pay the bill once for all (so you got one supp, total 4xRM50 you buy from him he will pay one shot lump sum.

Let me clarify this as I have experienced it and confirmed it myself on 2 days. You can only use the same credit card and pay the same seller maximum twice a a day.

When I want to continue buying from the same seller, I need to use another credit cad (i.e. supp card) to buy another 2 items from the same seller.
*
Thanks for clear confirmation.

I also confirm that this is correct. I just bought Digi bill payment using Shopee. As mentioned, you can only use the same credit card to pay the same seller a maximum of 2 times per day.

If you attempt 3 times, it will say:

"Checkout Failed (C05): You have checked out the maximum number of times to the same seller with this card today. Please select a different payment option".

When I used my husband's card for the 3rd time, the transaction went through.

Just completed my 8 swipes rclxm9.gif:
- 3 Shopee Digi Bill Payment
- 2 Lazada
- 3 11 Street

Since the PBB promo started, I've been saving all my online shopping (mainly baby products on 11Street and Lazada) for Monday. So much cheaper and more convenient than buying from supermarket.

I just did 5 transactions.
lilsunflower not worried that shopee will reflect as yesterday's date?
I searched that someone tested doing transactions at 8.30 am and is safe though.
Thinking should i do shopee after 2 pm (in case it is US based)

When u paid digi bills via shopee, did u key in delivery address? When I click [PLACE ORDER] nothing happened, isnt it suppose to request for OTP?

This was discussed previously and several people have reported that its OK. I have tested myself as well, and morning transactions are OK (but I don't think anyone has tried before 7am if I recall correctly). To be safe, "reasonable" morning hours like 8 or 9am should be fine (based on my testing).

Yes, I keyed in delivery address. I find that the desktop webpage is a bit messed up. Using the Shopee App on mobile is a lot simpler. And yes, you will be directed to the OTP page. If nothing happened, probably didn't complete all the requisite fields.

Note: As mentioned before, this thread shouldn't go off topic into Shopee discussion. If you have any queries, please send PMs so that this doesn't go off topic. Thanks.

Anyone here used PBB VS to pay income tax before? Can split into multiple payments to maximize cash back?

Using Public VS, 6% rebate (-0.8% admin fee added by LHDN) subject to max monthly cashback of RM50. No need to split payment.

As there's a cap, was thinking if can split payment so can span across different months.. i.e. pay once this month to get RM 50 CB, then another time to get another RM 50 CB next month..

Paying the income tax before due date is more important than to get the PB VS' cashback. If tax overdue, LHDN will increase your tax by 10%-15%.

Yeah.. i understand that.. we still have until 30-Apr to fully pay ma.. still got time to maximize CB while avoiding penalties..

I've been paying full every year.. just that this is the first time I'm considering using CB CCs to pay to at least get something back.. times are hard.. lol..

I did it last year by splitting 2 months over a few supplementary cards. This year I'm using my precious 833 quota for the campaign, as income tax is government transaction and does not qualify. So I will use my MBB Amex on weekend instead and just forego the extra cashback.

You must be very careful though. Remember to save each payment receipt and reconcile with the e-ledger on LDHN website which should be updated a few days after payment. If any payment is not captured, call LDHN asap. I had no problems last year, but was very careful and paranoid.
