Existing PBB cardmembers can apply for these cards n enjoy d 5% CB right? Only can't participate for the free JBL n B1F1 promo.

5% is card feature. just existing not eligible for the promo

Is there a t&c for d cards' features? Couldnt find.

dont think there is.

i dont know why pbb doesnt create a specific T&C for the cashback, e.g. MCC for eligible transactions, etc etc.

for me this is more suitable to replace HLB Mach card.

I think you need both Mastercard and Visa to get max RM60 per month. 2 categories for each card - Entertainment and Departmental store on Visa, and Online & Dining on Mastercard.

yep, no AF, no min spending to activate cashback, straightforward cashback.

although cb capped at RM30, still quite ok for RM600 spending for online/dining. even yolo's spending of rm600 will get you RM20 (capped).

nothing can beat Mach's 10% cashback for Movie!! that's the card's only purpose for me now

this card remind me of CIMB CB card. with the additional bonus of able to charge dining like VS

oh yes, the movie. totally forgot about that. i so seldom watch movie now, although i subscribe to that category.

i think only for launch campaign, once over, i guess we can apply single card.


for this P2C (Public Bank 2 Card a pun to Maybank 2 Card), hopefully it's not a fixed combo card whereby you cannot cancel either of the card later.

If d benefits stay I will keep this card for a long long time as they cover all d major expenses.

agree, ok for me to keep both cards too, considering the Departmental is kinda useful where Amex not available.

also, i think cashback is for ALL DAY transactions and not limited to weekend (i.e. M2C Amex)

yup, swipe more is tied to any of your principal card. all other cards and supp cards are aggregated anyway.

senq/senheng, no idea how PBB defines Departmental.
