6% GST on top of the 2% convenience fee.

nett would be 2.12% from the amount you intended to pay.

example below. posonline charge you RM77.00 for payment of RM75.40. that's additional 2.12%.

cash rebate user here..however for this month, cimb did not cash back for my purchases from zalora (spent around RM400) but they did cash back for my purchase from lazada (spent RM160). So my total cash rebate is just RM8. anyone else experiencing the same problem? shall i call the customer service? or maybe they have stated somewhere that zalora is no longer eligible for the 5% online transaction cash rebate? thanks

I think end up customer service will tell you Zalora process you payment manually. i face the same problem for my agoda transaction where i pay immediately but CS say the capture as process manually, i loss extra 0.8% than i earn 4.2% from CIMB.

yeah it's in. I got my 5% cash back upon Note 7 Pre-order from RM300 which is way higher than my remaining balance of 0.2%

So correct me if I'm wrong TNB can be done 5% cash back from Posonline but got to reduce for 2.12% extra charges?

What about Unifi & Celcom? Should I opted for auto debit 2% Cash back or Pos Online?

For Celcom, I'll for Auto Debit. 2% from CIMB and 5% from Celcom.

For Unifi, no 2% if you auto debit with TM. I guess based on TM/Streamyx bills.

For Easybook, even the app will get 5% cash back. I always book mine via app and get cash back all the time.

Just checked cashback online. And there is 'payment due' under the card number. What is that?

Apparently CIMB has this T&C that if the cash rebate for the billing month is less than rm10, the system will allow us to pay the statement balance less the rebate amount.

However, if the cash rebate is more than rm10 in that billing month, you need to pay the stated statement balance without deducting the cash rebate. If you don't do that, you will be penalised with finance charges for the difference.

I just checked my CIMB Clicks and I was hit by RM20++ (small amount, I know) finance charges for last month's bill. I called up CS Centre and I was told of such T&C by the lady on the other side of the line. I have checked the T&C on CIMB's website but it doesn't state such T&C. I have yet to check the T&C booklet that came along with the credit card.

So, I'm just curious if anyone here got hit by such charges? I usually pay all my credit card bills by deducting the cash rebate from the statement balance. I always assumed that as long as the credit card account shows RM0.00 for outstanding balance and minimum payment, it means I have cleared all my payment due to the bank.

P.S. Please correct me if I'm wrong and I'm using CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum MasterCard

Samething.
CIMB change the rules.
The RM30 cash rebate will be used to offset your next month statement. Not this month statement.

As long as you payment as per statement balance, there won't be finance charges. If so happen you pay the full balance which is lower than statement balance after deducting rebate then there will be finance charges
