I paid RM1k to PTPTN using Aeon CC, paid back using UOB Vox via Posonline, then BT back to Aeon CC biggrin.gif
*
tuanlam417 but don't forget the recent case whereby we are unable to pay aeon cc using another cc via posonline. you will end up with 1k aeon point -2% fee. the risk is there and the decision is yours.

I mistakenly withdraw RM500 from my credit card instead of my atm card. I just called CS and he mentioned that I will kena 5% interest although I want to pay it back today. Anyone encountered this before? Can cancel the 5% interest?
*
how you mistakenly withdraw money from cc instead of atm card? you can't recognise the card design? there is no way you can cancel the 5% fee.

cimb called me to offer me cc since my salary goes to them. after spending 10min to fill in the form over the phone, i received sms saying application unsuccessful. sweat.gif

shouldn't they at least check first on the qualification before calling me and wasting my time...
*
it means on telemarketing side based on your qualification/requirements, you are qualified. but just that it doesn't get approved by their credit control/approval side.

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Jul 23 2016, 05:04 PM)
My salary go to CIMB as well but never receive call to offer any cc, I applied through CIMBclicks
*
not necessarily salary goes to cimb will receive this offer. they based on random calls to their existing customers i supposed. i also receive the same call and offer (about 1-2 years ago) although i don't have salary credited into my cimb.

Yes, but PosOnline charges 2% service charge. So effective cash back is only 3%.

victorywp, I think you will need to add AEON payment via PosOnline under eligible list.
so, you sure if i subscribe autopay/standing instruction for Time Broadband, i will get 5% cashback?
*
yeah, i wonder if the the autopay/autodebit works with 5%CB? hmm.gif
*
Just to update on Time Broadband payments.. I've made a payment and called up CS to check..

Time Broadband is categorized as services, and not e-Commerce. Therefore, we'll get 2% CB if we set it as Standing Instruction (and Time gives RM 2 rebate for SI as well). Payment via Selfcare portal will be considered "Other Spend", so will only be entitled to 0.2%.

can victorywp please update the first post?
Eligible: Time broadband payment via SI (2%)
Non-Eligible: Time broadband payment via Selfcare portal

updated, thanks.
