If I know the terminal supports contactless payment, sure I will do that.. They didn't show any contactless signboard.wink.gif

what about paying U Mobile?

Should I opted for auto debit 2% Cash back or Pos Online?

Paying through Pos Online cashback is 5% - 2.12% ?

You can top-up U Mobile thru Qoo10 for prepaid and postpaid. 5% for online.

Just tell them don't need that. During my time, they wanted to issue CIMB Reward card too, I told them no and no. Nothing was sent to me except for CIMB CR Plat.

That's not right. Did you cross your IC copy and stated for xx card application only? That's what I've been doing when applying for new CC. And small initial next to your choice of CC is a good practice too. Just my 2 cents.

Nope. CIMB CR doesn't give cash back for airlines tickets. Refer to first post.

I tell them I just want to apply CIMB CR, but they say they will still send in 2 card since it is combined credit limit and free annual fee.
I think we can request to cancel card before activation, right?

Yes you can freely cancel it later. I did what I described and the bank didn't even bother to offer/give/force other than that.

I assume you two are using the new terminal, can you guys try use the paywave feature?

cause CIMB debit card paywave is having problem with MCD, AEON BIG (so far I tested only two, and both is Maybank terminal)

(I did not own a CIMB CC)

My cimb debit card also master card, so it's paypass also

I just like to use the "Paywave" term

Sry for the confusion.

3. and also to report the issue to CIMB? (I have reported but needed you guys to help speed up the information gathering process...
