Thanks for the answer. I tho there something wrong with my modem i went to RMA it but once i have it the issue still persist so i guess mostly its the telco issue

Beware - if you have a Prihatin SIM, the number can soon be terminated if you aren't aware of.

There is now a termination date stated, and so if you do not use it frequently, your Yes SIM and all the special benefits (special rate for unlimited monthly data) that come with the SIM can gone forever.

If you don't use the service often, a small purchase of RM1/1GB/day of data occasionally (if you bought the data on midnight you effectively get 2 days of validity, and 3 days of active period extensions), can extend the termination date.

Need help. I cant access the app pula after the latest update on ios.
Logged out, logged in and when require TAC, put in TAC, it doesnt proceed. Just red color lol even correct TAC. Reinstalled, restart phone also same. Wth!

Now, theres no web portal, even on desktop to access my account either? So everything has to be done on app? 😭 damn lousy

Is there a way to topup and subscribe data old school like pressing a *000# number or something??

So ridiculous, ive been stranded from app access for days 😂 i no data, had to buy an esim from airalo to survive outside lmao

And now the new reload system for top up (not the buy add on). After successful windows that has warnings do not close , refresh or go back, the reload no update, no SMS no notification either.
Before new update u can close it and update in flash.

Already reinstalled. Even log in with the tac, tac not auto fill like B4.

The YES line really not suitable for normal call.
Call and talk to another parties around 10 minute+, suddenly end call.

Been frequently like this, feel really lousy. And then realize that during from 5G connection to 4G connection, it cause the call hang out.

Damn lousy line, even call also not stable.

I already felt that back then, and the consistent of 5G drop connection to 4G eventhough its under full 5G coverage, make me terminate this postpaid. Complaint many times but told resolved. Even make report to MCMC, YES inform them already resolve via report number etc2.

And it's 4G not ok, even whatapps also cant receive messages under 4G line for most of time

I’ve fully moved away from Yes 4G (sim expired) and using Halo Telco now. My LTE 3CA modem performs well with both Yes4G HaloTelco4G. So it just boils down to price. HaloTelco RM35 for 150GB per month is hard to beat. Before this I used Yes4G RM20 50GB which not enough. Kalau spend RM40 for 100GB, it already costs more than HaloTelco’s 35/150GB.

Atuk Yeoh Tiong Lay is a very nice fellow...

The line should have been terminated on last 21st Aug, but still can use until today...

meow realized there is RM5 reward in the account... use it to reload RM5 and get 10 days validity...

Now the VVIP number is still active to be MNP-o to Hotlink Panta*...
