Anyone else using YES have bad 4G? Signal bar full, but really really slow. 5G work fine. When it drop down to 4G, fuiyoh, like back to GPRS days.

Also - is there a speed difference between
FT5G 50GB @ RM20 and FT5G ∞ @ RM30 ?

Both says uncapped speed, but then the unlimited plan says uncapped 5g, 4G up to 7mbps and 12GB hotspot.

The 50GB plan pula just say uncapped 4g/5g including hotspot. Confuse jap which is the better plan 😂

If u read here, many post that issues related to 4G which are non useable at all.

I posted before how my CA (carrier aggregation) modem can get decent speeds on Yes4G. Before this, used cheapo single-band modem then yeah, it was like 5-8mbps only. Again must iterate that Yes4G ini just sesuai for fixed home usage. If you move a lot with the same sim in mobile phone, Yes4G not very good.

ya some place I go memang 4G tu ada je line tapi loading kaw kaw.

as for speed. ada try yang package rm58 tu few month. then rasa sama je dengan yang RM25 unlimited tu. so now I'm back to using rm25 pack.
been with YES over 4 years already.

dah try rm20 pack.. no la. very fast licin la even layan youtube FB tiktok.
better tambah rm5 take the unlimited package je selesa lenjan

Looking at the latest plan can i check ya this 150gb 5G/4G, is it unified sharing? or only certain gb is sharing and the rest 5G only? cant seem to find this info on their website. Thanks.

I think no split quota. If area got only 4G then can still use until 150GB. I never tried though coz it’s postpaid. Certain months I won’t need 150GB & still kena pay RM35. If prepaid then would be more ideal.

if ur location is 5G, then it is a steal. but if ur location is 4G, think twice for 4G under YES, cz it is unusable. Used YES for 1 year, my summary it is best bang for money, when my location is under 5G full bar, hotspot utilize the 150gb data. But entering the 7th months, the 5G keep kicking back to 4G, even at the same location. Complaint via apps, MCMC for more than 5 times, all said solved. My solution, change to other postpaid brand.

its all for 4g and 5g usage. no split split like u know who telco.

btw not worth it for the data and that price
