I have just subscribed to FT5G rm20 50gb without AutoPay activated, and then registered my credit card through MyYes app.

My question is, how do I enable AutoPay so that my data plan will be renewed automatically with immediate effect? Do I have to wait for my data plan almost expires, only then buy the same plan with AutoPay enabled? Or can I just subscribe the same plan with AutoPay enabled immediately without waiting my current data plan to expire (buying add-on)?

I just don't want buying the same plan with AutoPay enabled (through add-on) becomes redundant.

Better wait for the current plan to expire, then re-buy to enable the autopay option:

my phone also kerap kena ni.
found that dia suka stuck dekat band 4G.
quick airplane mode on off fixed that

remove the auto option on the app first
then baru beli the new one ft5g RM30-5 tu

go Profile > Billing Info > AUTOPAY.
u click the UNSUBSCRIBE.

then either wait the current data depleted baru beli new plan FT5G RM30-5 tu
then just keep using like postpaid already. no need to see the payment dah
all auto renew every month without fail

Eh tak, soalan aku tak clear kot. Sbenarnye tengah guna RM20 50gb tu tapi autopay tak on. Skarang ni nak carry forward balance data ke bulan depan + autopay activate dengan data plan yg sama. Rasanya bapak kucing atas tu dah menjawab soalan.
