Anyone else using YES have bad 4G? Signal bar full, but really really slow. 5G work fine. When it drop down to 4G, fuiyoh, like back to GPRS days.

Also - is there a speed difference between
FT5G 50GB @ RM20 and FT5G ∞ @ RM30 ?

Both says uncapped speed, but then the unlimited plan says uncapped 5g, 4G up to 7mbps and 12GB hotspot.

The 50GB plan pula just say uncapped 4g/5g including hotspot. Confuse jap which is the better plan 😂

Need help. I cant access the app pula after the latest update on ios.
Logged out, logged in and when require TAC, put in TAC, it doesnt proceed. Just red color lol even correct TAC. Reinstalled, restart phone also same. Wth!

Now, theres no web portal, even on desktop to access my account either? So everything has to be done on app? 😭 damn lousy

Is there a way to topup and subscribe data old school like pressing a *000# number or something??

So ridiculous, ive been stranded from app access for days 😂 i no data, had to buy an esim from airalo to survive outside lmao
