If port out from YES, is it I need to reply sms or YES will send email to confirm request port out (Similar like Yoodo use email method)??

Coz the coverage of YES is really no comment...

I think 5 simcard for "activated" one..
The deactivated or already terminate cannot kira inside already..

Edited: I need to elaborate. The deactivate means that if your number still can receive call and sms, but cannot outgoing call or sms. (In simple, it's still have YES services), that one still consider "active" but inactive account due to did not top up.

Of course, the active or inactive account is included with postpaid and prepaid too.

Currently using the YES5G prepaid plan.

If let say there is no data add on while the account still active, is it the data still can work? I believe there is no pay per usage charge, right?

Is there any free data if don't have purchase any data?

Hi, just wanna to ask.

My current YES expired is on 5 Sept 22. On 30 Aug, I already subscribe the add-on data 10GB (RM15/mthly). It's seems like my account validity does not extend, but yet still 5 Sept expired.
However, the data plan 10GB is expired on 1 month (means on 30 Sept).

Let's say after 5 Sept my account validity expired, will my data 10GB still can continue surf net as usual?

The YES line really not suitable for normal call.
Call and talk to another parties around 10 minute+, suddenly end call.

Been frequently like this, feel really lousy. And then realize that during from 5G connection to 4G connection, it cause the call hang out.

Damn lousy line, even call also not stable.
