no such thing.
the Hypptv must be bundled together with the Adv30 pack.
The 1 year contract for HyppTV means that if you cancel your Adv30 after 1 year, you dont need to pay penalty for HyppTV, only penalty for the internet which is RM 500.

If cancel Adv30 within 1 year, you need to pay HyppTV remaining months penalty plus internet penalty of RM 500.

Guys, I wanna relocate my unifi to new address at end of August and the CS checked with me the area have only 1 port left and tell me go book port.

So today I went to TM center to book port but the service representative told me I cannot book port and if I have to request relocation, it will be done in 14 days and cannot be dragged any longer than this...

All their customer service is giving me inaccurate information until now I have no idea which should I trust.

Is this really true that I cannot relocate in 1 month time?

Just call TM and tell any CS that you want to book port since the CS say can. Never go to TM point. They can't do many things for you because they are authorised dealer only, not from TM.

i will try it. my contract says no such thing. from the contract i should be able to cancel HyppTV premium after 12 months without penalty so it should revert to the default free channels. i like to nitpick over such things so when my year finishes i will try to cancel the stupid "premium" package. do you have a clause anywhere that states its mandatory to maintain a premium HyppTV pack? mine is an upgrade from VIP plan (where there is no clause) and i only have a simple upgrade slip that didnt add any such case as far as i can see. since they cant retro-add this in my contract it should be possible to terminate it.

my friend have asked already about cancelling his hypptv jumbo pack (getting only hypptv free channel)... and tm said that he can still retained the discount and promo even after cancelling the hypptv package (get only hypptv free channel).... but have to wait 1 year.....

i also waitng for my 1 year jumbo to pass away to save rm40-rm60...
