When you run the speedtest, did you run it wirelessly or connected directly using ethernet cable?

Connect a PC or a laptop directly to the router using an ethernet cable then run the speedtest & load the webpage again
If you have no issue when using an ethernet cable, that means the issue is with your wireless signal, not UniFi itself

I'm having the same problem as well

The specs is actually more identical to ASUS RT-AC68U

There are only 4 differences between WS880 & RT-AC68U
The rest of them are the same

But for the price of RM199, it's more than worth it

The only reason why they said that is because it makes their job easier

Hence the reason why I said UniFi technician is just trying to make their job easier when they're telling customers to use IPv4 instead of IPv6

No matter how hard it is to resolve the issue, it's still their responsibility instead of telling their customers to take the easy way

Their responsibility is to make sure the internet works, that's it
No offers now. If your contract is over, call their helpline and tell them you want to terminate. Someone from the promotional team will call you back with some offers

If you already change the DNS inside the router, you don't need to change the DNS on your computer anymore

Maxis does have cheaper packages, but do some research on why so many people left Maxis Fibre to get UniFi
As bad as TM goes, they are still the best fixed broadband provider in Malaysia (Except for Time Fibre)

Time Fibre on the other hand, has very limited availability
