Guys, I wanna relocate my unifi to new address at end of August and the CS checked with me the area have only 1 port left and tell me go book port.
So today I went to TM center to book port but the service representative told me I cannot book port and if I have to request relocation, it will be done in 14 days and cannot be dragged any longer than this...
All their customer service is giving me inaccurate information until now I have no idea which should I trust.
Is this really true that I cannot relocate in 1 month time?

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 8 2016, 05:10 PM) If you dont want to buy an Asus router, you can ask TM to replace you with one TP-Link Archer C5, it is way more better than any Asus router with the price below RM300. Also, the light indicator shows up is DSL not WAN. If you dont beleive me, I can proof that to you. - Your silver modem is connected to phone port. - You stay in Condo/Apartment/any other high rise buildings. The Archer C5 TM replace for free? Because I just applied for relocation... not sure if they gonna get me this router... How's the wireless ping and coverage? Actually I thought I need to fork out some money to buy a better router because I always play online game so need good ping...

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 10 2016, 04:20 PM) Also around that price. Why? Do you have any problem with your current router? Not to say serious problem, its the unstable ping that cause some delay during online gaming even no one's sharing the WiFi with me with full bar signal, using LAN cable is too far also... And I notice everytime I have to give it a good restart to have stable ping as well This post has been edited by mywingame: Aug 10 2016, 04:33 PM

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Aug 10 2016, 04:36 PM) Like 3 meters away from the modem if straight line ignoring the walls. There will be total 3 pieces of wall in between
