I had my STB changed back in March. After my report of problems with the STB, technicians came to check and changed it.

Total charges zero. Warranty for the STB had been renewed when I upgraded to Adv30 in Feb.

I remember I read somewhere that those who got the RM169 offer is only for 2 years, thereafter revert to RM199. Unlike RM179 which is perpetual.

Can someone confirm?

As i know TM offers is always permanent until you change the plan again. In other words, lifetime offer.

I'm currently using RG4332 which had slow transfer rate (8~9 MB/s) between NAS and PC.

Well, some ppls say TM allows them to unsubscribe to the HyppTV after 1 year contract with HyppTV.

Anyone notice that once a while, UniFi will be down from several minutes to about an hour, usually happens around after midnight such as 12.30am onwards??

I had noticed this many times in my router log, there is no fixed interval how often this happens. Sometimes once or twice a month, sometimes you won't see this for several months.

Last night I noticed that again and noticed that while Internet access & VoIP are both down, IPTV is still working.

Wonder if it's a network fault, or just TM doing some maintenance ..   

Well that just sucks. Imagine paying for something we never use. I dunno about you but my apartment's wiring configuration cannot cater to both internet & cable tv in the same position. I can change the present TV position but that would require me to change other stuffs too.
