Change your dns to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4

Google DNS = nothing loads whatsoever, including Google itself
Auto DNS = Most US sites (Apple, Battle.net, Origin, Steam, Amazon etc) blocked with redirect to outdated notice by Unifi
Other US DNS = Same as Auto DNS

Weird that it doesn't work with Google DNS. What's you DNS configuration?

Currently it's set to 208.122.23.23/22 which is the DNS unblocker service I'm using to get access to Hulu US. So far it's letting me load most sites but I'm still getting the redirects when trying to load Amazon/Apple.

Is that set on your device or on your router?

If it is set on your device, you need to check what you are using for your DNS on your router.

Those settings are on the router level.

Ok. If you say those are router level setting, can you make sure it is set on the connection, not DHCP pool there.

Take DNS out of the loop and test your connection with IP only. Can you ping or http to 216.58.196.195 or 216.58.196.206?

Have you tried getting a new and different IP from TM?

Ok, for the sake of going through a process of elimination, try using Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 on your PC/laptop. See if that works - i.e. overriding the DNS from the router.

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between these two process which is restarting to router. The BTU can only be restart through the power button. But the router can go to router settings through web browser to restart or the power button? What is the difference?

button is for your convenience,
no matter it's done by physically or button-ly, it will still considered as power cycling the device.

The reason why you can't access the BTU through browser is because you doesn't directly connected to it. And required some ip address configuration.

But usually, we just need to restart the router

P/S: if you just want to change to a new IP range, just find button that can dc/reconnect the internet. Thus, we dun need to restart the router completely.
