Usually they won't automatically replace the equipments for 50mbps and below unless you have faulty equipments.

To be fair, it was never absolutely landline to landline, only TM to TM.

Calls to Maxis or TIME landlines were still charged. It's just that up until about 4 years or so, almost all landlines were TM ones, and it wasn't really a factor, so it just got glossed over.

do they still get the free call? or they got 10Mbps upgrade and nothing else change?

I can still call TM landlines for free, yes. Too bad half the places I need to call, including my office downtown, no longer have TM landlines.

These days telcos started giving free unlimited calls, sooner or later free landline calls from TM will be no longer relevant or attractive. They need to come out with more attractive stuff. laugh.gif

free call voip and free to mobile. or they can create apps that can replicate home no and use it with our smartphone. so we can use either mobile or tm landline. i think tm also need to come out with in apps that we can access unifi account like maxis and digi. atleast mobile friendly

Ok. Go look properly whether is it Mbps or MB/s. MB/s is greater than mbps. What you applied for is 100mbps, not 100 MB/s. Different.

Funny you should ask this, I was just testing bt.

Anyway...

RGX4400 bittorrent test at my local coffee shop, Unifibiz 100mbps.

<hey Siri, insert mac screenshot here.>

4 well seeded torrents. Centos DVD, Everything, Live & Minimal. Can't get it to go above 80mbps before I ran out of battery. May be better or worse if I waited a bit longer. BT set to 5000 connections. Incoming port auto-forwarded via uPnP.

nmap says 15 devices connected including my phone and macbook. Not too busy a night. Browsing on my phone to LYN during the test seems smooth. Maybe relatively slight delay. Router QoS set to "fair competition", whatever that means.

SSH has noticeable lag. Router at 50MB mem free (usually 90MB free on startup), bt connections about 1000.

Overall not too bad, quite good actually, for a free router.

No need, green means incoming port is already forwarded, usually via upnp if you didn't forward it yourself.

It's also ok to use mbps. No one, unless they're noob, ignorant or OCD, is going to mistake the m, in the context of mbps, for something other than mega. Nonetheless they're are not wrong.

Well, I'm asking because I don't know, that's the reason for asking question isn't it? I'm on 100Mbps pro unifi, so i should be getting around 10 - 12MB/s . I think you get what I mean, I' m getting around 4MB/s.

Well that's quite good actually, I've changed the stock router to Archer C7. Can't seems to pass the 4MB/s speed on a healthy torrent.

Well I know right, you get what I mean. 4MB/s translated to around 32Mbps, can't seem to go pass that mark. I'm on lan and using a gigabit switch as well, I think maybe it has something to do with the length of my lan cable hmm.gif

Well, when someone talks about 100mbps, I highly doubt they mean 100 millibits per second. Maybe in quantum computing but that's way out of my league.

So from now on, everybody referring to UniFi Pro 100 must use 100Mbps or 1000000000000000000000000mbps™*.

*Number of zeroes for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect actual food served or portion size.

Speed of bt depends on your torrent. Go download Centos and see what you get. In my test, I used 4 torrents, Centos DVD, Everything, Live & Minimal. All at the same time.

Probly not a cable problem. You get 800000000000000000000000mbps™ to 1000000000000000000000000mbps™ when you do a speedtest?
