Usually they won't automatically replace the equipments for 50mbps and below unless you have faulty equipments.

well using google dns seems ok with me...appstore okay already after a few weeks of slowness

* sorry for this out of topics, why time.com ads appears so frequently showing 500Mbps? are they mocking our thread? biggrin.gif
*
They are buying ad space for this section of the forum.

It's RM199. But all units has been sold out
Lazada also already sold out

The price will go back to RM399
*
But at RM399, it still beats the other models around this price range, just not as affordable.

Is there any benefit setting up unifi to use ipv6 instead of ipv4?

Why IPv6 is needed?

Hi,

How long did it take for them to upgrade your speed to 30mbps?

I accepted the offer to upgrade last tuesday but till today, have yet to receive the upgrade notification.
*
Have you tried turning off and on your BTU/modem? Sometimes speed is already increased despite no notification from their side.

Not sure what is up with TM regarding Apple's App Store, seriously frustrating as it is happening too frequently now.

Just realised that my 30mbps package is doing 28mbps max. Does seem to be a capping from their side as it usually can burst around 30-32mbps before slowing down to 28mbps consistently.

Just happened? Mine already for months and I have given up on this. Now max 28Mbps only. laugh.gif

Not sure when but few weeks back did a test and it was still around 30-31mbps. If this is happening to more users then I believe TM may be capping it slightly lower than 30mbps.

Most probably they capped at 30,000,000 bit/s which equal to 28.6Mbp/s. If they put 30Mbps than it's equal to 31,457,280 bit/s.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 6 2016, 09:08 AM)
Makes sense huh because my speed is around 28.9Mbps.
*
But ridiculous for them to calculate this way only for the 30mbps plan while others are seeing the correct mbps reading in speedtest according to their plan. e.g. 50mbps, 100mbps.

QUOTE(mitodna @ Sep 5 2016, 10:42 PM)
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting TM.

Referring to your e-mail dated 05th September 2016 pertaining to the matter. We would like to thank you for the keen interest of our product and services.

However, please take note that by subscribing to the HyppTV Ruby Pack, you will be subjected to a monthly recurring charge of RM40.00 per month (exclude GST 6%) and there will be a swapping fee charge (one time charge) of RM5.00 after succesfully swapping the pack.

Thus, the monthly charges will be RM189.00 (exclude GST 6%) should you swap to the Hypptv Ruby pack.

Hence, we hope the explanation revert to the query.

For any further assistance or feedback, kindly e-mail us at help@tm.com.my. Alternatively, you may also contact TM at 100 (charges for calls from mobile services apply according to Telco providers).

We look forward to serve you better.
Regards,

Guys,
Anyone has any issue here now or happened to you before, some websites can go in, some cannot.
Like uob.com.my, soccernet.com, amway.com for example these all cannot.
But those like facebook.com, youtube.com, yahoo.com and google.com can..

Reported to TM yesterday, but no reply from them yet.

Thanks.

Consistently cannot enter those websites or sometimes only? Tried changing DNS server? Perhaps the domain name is not being resolved properly. What error did the browser give when you can't access those websites?
