my unifi advance 50Mbps start on November. so my services contract start on November to0, since I upgrade to unifi pro I tot my contract will be change too april 2016 but in the system still showing November 2015. don't let your hand itchy more laa....it will turn your hand to skinless because you scratch too much.

having my biggest jump ever after 12 years with 1Mbps. upgrade to 100Mbps. the hardnest gone. but its depends on how your wanted too.I think no hidden premium cost they just monopolized the market.

how much does this router value? wanna to sell mine to laa.wah very lucky u got without tm router.

I think what shows in OCC is our basic and first registration date for unifi....damn you always got the better one laa...
your unifi pro with ruby pack is also RM 299 before gst right...no need to add 10 ringgit right?

if upgrade from 30Mbps to 50Mbps u will be using the equipment given to you earlier except your device kong and will be replace if still under warranty la

do they still get the free call? or they got 10Mbps upgrade and nothing else change?

free call voip and free to mobile. or they can create apps that can replicate home no and use it with our smartphone. so we can use either mobile or tm landline. i think tm also need to come out with in apps that we can access unifi account like maxis and digi. atleast mobile friendly

I think maybe full port in the area, so they just capped the bandwidth to make sure nok congestion happen. Maybe.

yeah, i see customers complaining about their speed about their router and the Representative give fast response too contact them directly and give atleast a line of hopes to settle their complain. atleast we see them doing their work and not only selling product.

in terengganu TM doesnt allowed us to use the old number because the port for unifi already tag with new number. damn i hate the new number.

yup its happen again but this time the speed is reasonable. not like last 2-3 weeks. maybe someone that hate tm send megaladon to bit off underwater cabel.

clarifies with them to reactivate back your free call option...that happen to me during april and may bill, for june bill no more unbill call charge. after they reactivate the plan, no more charge seeing in my occ unbill.

yup both I got charge almost 60 ringgit for nothing...but now they already rebate it back .so this month bill will be less

heard nothing from my friend but will update once he told anything regarding it.

yup I have use the tplink powerline, I'm sharing network for hypptv(I use streamyx 8mb player for second hypptv) with my mom to another room using it. its really easy to use. just push the pair button and u r done. . but make sure the connection are not to far.

I have ask @tmconnects regarding changing hyyptv package (upgrade) user will be charge only RM5. what happen to our friend is totally nonsense. call tm 100 to clarifies once more if not solve, ready for mcmc report regarding this. always overcharge their customers.
