Driver have to cancel, then if that week happened more than 10% of the accepted job, no incentive.
Call helpline, they also ask driver to cancel and they just logged case.
Riders sometimes use two phones to book the same trip, once they get into one car, there other have to cancel.
The worse part if the other driver click "i am here", rider could not cancel cause driver has arrive. So drivers just have to cancel.

cancellation you get nothing. the only thing is rider unable to cancel if you are within 500 meters. but then again if they really dont want the trip then you wait for long long time also they wont appear. end up you have to own cancel get nothing as well.
thanks for all the feedback on drivers ffk.....may I know how often this happen? Speaking of Uber experience, it about 20% of the ride I would say......a lot of case is due to new riders ignorance, simply pin the pickup location, which is not the right location, then, unable to contact them, end up need to cancelled.
