QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 14 2016, 10:04 PM) Existing Vox also excluded bill payment, the trick is whether bill payment via uobpayonline applicable for the new card Need to check what is the MCC code for the POSONLINE. Then check whether the MCC code is exclude the cash rebate category of the YOLO card?

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 14 2016, 10:04 PM) Existing Vox also excluded bill payment, the trick is whether bill payment via uobpayonline applicable for the new card I beg to differ. I think UOB have learned the pattern of consumers' spending hence they might have filtered out those MCCs from giving CB. We shall see.

QUOTE(kart @ Aug 14 2016, 10:33 PM) VOX Card: Minimum online spend of RM 50, 5% cashback YOLO Card: Minimum online spend of RM 500, 4% cashback Definitely, YOLO card is harder to use, since minimum spending is so much higher, with lower cashback. Sigh, I personally do not spend that much on online transactions, so YOLO card does not suit me at all. I hope that UOB can keep existing features of VOX card, but the change is inevitable. If UOBPayonline got CB, min rm500 should be ok for me

Gotta try and see how it works. If it accepts UOBPayOnline, then RM 500 is not an issue for me. My UniFi is already 379.50 and I haven't included TNB and Digi bills yet. However, I do have reservations that if it will accept this time... This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 14 2016, 10:49 PM

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Aug 14 2016, 07:23 PM) after TNB (possibly not accepted by YOLO), next headaches would be TM/UNIFI and ASTRO. For those who do not qualify for Public Bank Visa Signature card, which credit card will give online cashback for TNB and TMNet Streamyx bill? Looking at the eligible list, it appears that CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum MasterCard does not give online cashback for TNB and TMNet Streamyx bill, right?

If i not wrong, pay tnb and unifi via posonline using CIMB cashback card consider online transaction, but there is 2% fee.

Just called infinite customer service to add-on this YOLO card, can apply already.
No more benefit or cash rebate for VOX card start on 1 October 2016. Not sure UOB will cancel it or not. Get YOLO now still can enjoy RM50+RM50 cash back for August and September. After that only YOLO RM50.
For UOB, currently i using their Infinite, Prvimiles, VOX, and YOLO coming soon~~~

Ugh, am tempted to apply tomorrow just to test Pos Online (for Aeon repayment). If no cashback, will cancel both YOLO and Vox once the Vox cashback ceases.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 14 2016, 03:34 PM) It's not even officially announced anywhere that current VOX's benefits will be discontinued nor telling the fate of current VOX users. Though VOX is removed from their website so expect some announcements soon to existing users. QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 14 2016, 04:57 PM) Hope UOB remain the existing VOX and benefit Called in to CS just now asked about Vox, she said the card benefit will be cancelled w.e.f. 1 Oct 2016. I also asked whether it will be converted to some other card, she answered no idea yet. This post has been edited by weejin2000: Aug 15 2016, 08:54 AM
