Hi guys, im new to UOBpayonline.

I am registering my TNB, TM bills and I am stuck with the bill no. for TNB and TM.

i) it needs account number, customer name and bill no. for TNB.
Can anyone enlighten me on what does bill. no mean here?

ii) Unifi - is this under TM though?

Thanks a bunch!!!
*
i) just enter 0 for tnb bill number. it doesnt matter. most important is account number
ii) yes, unifi bill is under Telekom Malaysia

If got then this card will be in my list

can u be more detailed in writing? we cannot guess what's on your mind.

1) what card u want to apply? there are 2 frequently-discussed cards here, uob one and uob vox.
2) what card u want to use to pay celcom bills?
3) where u intend to pay ur celcom bills?

with more info, we can help to advise you better and more accurately.

I want to apply for uob vox card and use it to pay celcom mobile bill. It will be done through their website.
*
thanks for sharing smile.gif

so far no one shared their cb experience with vox at celcom self care.

if u can apply this card, then get it. if u read post #1 of eligible places, uob vox is more lenient in awarding cb for online-related transactions.

make your life simpler.

you going to keep using the card, right?

if yes, pay statement amount. done. dont bother the cashback cuz you will eventually get it in next statement. treat it as "delayed reward"

if no, pay whatever outstanding, then cancel the card immediately.

1/5/2016 - taobao RM216.09
2/5/2016 - taobao RM407.42
6/5/2016 - 11street RM50
6/5/2016 - 11street RM50
7/5/2016 - 11street RM50
8/5/2016 - TMonline (EC) RM160.89
16/5/2016 - TNB at UOBpayonline RM66

all should be eligible for cashback
*
cb = rm18.84, qualified spending = rm376.80 (18.84/5%)

seems these are counted:

6/5/2016 - 11street RM50
6/5/2016 - 11street RM50
7/5/2016 - 11street RM50
8/5/2016 - TMonline (EC) RM160.89
16/5/2016 - TNB at UOBpayonline RM66

total: rm376.89, 5% cb = rm18.8445 = rm18.84

Just realized UOB did not credit VOX 0.3% CB (RM1.xx) in my June statement, while for past months they did even for RM2.xx and RM3.xx.

Common, or they are now patching the hole only to credit CB if cumulative CB more than RM5?
*
QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 27 2016, 03:50 PM)
Supposedly according to T&C is if cumulative more than RM 5. I still get for below RM 5.00, let's see my next month's statement.
*
does insurance autopay eligible under Retail 0.3% cb?

Already four (4) bill statements, never received any 0.3% since gotten the card in mid-March 2016. sweat.gif

example retail transactions:

1) car service centre, RM4xx (expected cb RM1.xx)
2) watson's, RM2x (expected cb RM0.0x)
3) medical insurance, 2-month advance payment RM6xx (expected cb RM1.xx)
4) medical insurance, monthly payment RM3xx (expected cb RM0.9x)
5) car insurance, RM1,xxx (expected cb RM3.xx)

no issues with Online cashback.

It seems insurance is not considered as retail... It was mentioned somewhere in this thread...
*
even excluding insurance, there are other valid retail transctions: watson's and car service centre.

now i'm checking with uob cs whether monthly insurance autodebit charged will be deemed "a swipe" to fulfill the automated-RM6 monthly fee waiver.

let's see what's their answer laugh.gif

**update: uob cs called back. any swipes, any transactions, including insurance will be considered; thus RM6 monthly fee would be waived.

Recently I got charged monthly fee and CS told me JOMPay transaction is not counted. But she went ahead to waive the fees for me.
So not sure who is correct now.
*
yalor, odd policy indeed. payment via jompay is a "swipe". autodebit is a "swipe". but there's explicit type of transactions to be considered. bangwall.gif

if i got charged again, i'll drill them to give me the proper info.

IIRC it was free when I applied?

did you request AF waiver before? threatened to cancel card? their retention team callled you back to "save" you by offering few years of AF waivers?
