Called in to CS just now asked about Vox, she said the card benefit will be cancelled w.e.f. 1 Oct 2016. I also asked whether it will be converted to some other card, she answered no idea yet.

During the call in this morning to CS, I also asked about applying the YOLO card. CS said will give my contact to another team who specialize in YOLO issuance. In the afternoon, I received a call from a lady, she said this YOLO card is not launched yet, so cannot apply now. Probably it will be launched in another 1 or 2 weeks, then only it can be applied.
