I encounter too last time after cancelled UOB One Card, but not sure whether your issued is same or not.

CS mentioned that due to UOB One card has recently just cancelled and IT department updated on their system is needed, after that I'm able to view and download it.

Mean same like Watami Card, still can use but no any benefits and advice convert to other Aeon Cards

Called this morning about waive of Admin Fee RM6 and YOLO card application.

The CS then told me, there have another department will call and follow up.

Received a first called, requested for waiver, 2-3 working days to be process and it will show on next statement, said by CS

For YOLO Card, there is another department again. Therefore, second called has received and requested accordingly, it will take about 7 working days to process for YOLO application.

First call number = 03-2612 8121
Second call number = 03-2783 2361

You can just give them a call if you urgent need.

I didn't wait for the call, so I just make a called and processing now, 5-7 working days is needed
