Hi guys, did SA say how many acres are for Aeres? Just trying to understand density in units per acre.

Personally feel that they should take the advantage of city mall and build something else that complement to each other. Nowadays not easy for mall to sustain. If too many malls surrounding, it may end up all gone case

432 units over 68 acres --> 7 units per acre.

+2. They are all actually DSL corner. They may think that they enter cheap now but when a 22 x 75 DSL is launched in the later phase, they will find their semid/dsl hard to dispose knowing that a DSL will priced cheaper.

Around RM400 per month for 32 x 75 which includes clubhouse facilities, security, maintenance etc..
