It abt time for this area to flourish. Not to forget apart of SA & EA, BR & I&P have pretty much lands here to develop.
The population is increasing... You can judge it by referring to the traffic congestion. Moreover, SA is one of the township choosen (citing from The Star 15 Feb'16) by Shah Alam City Council to focus (just fyi, Shah Alam is the capital of Selangor which I believe many ppl may not aware).
Of cz I more keen on PJ property but how much shld I fork out to get a decent landed house in PJ? The housing market value always linked to many factors. There's a reason why the house looks cheaper where some priced at premium. Supply always linked to demand, it's something like share market.
And why we always want to link the journey from SA to KL. Looks like only KL got gold mine to korek. PJ, Shah Alam and other place macam tak ada office or factory.Hutan keh? Even for shopping mall, I would rather go to PJ instead of KL.
One more thing, I have following this thread from V1 to V2 b4 decided to get my house here and I notice there are "some guys" tend to be neutral but always try to give a negative comment to SA which some comments were not true
Jz my 2 cents

May I know how could SA beneficial from EA development or vice versa? I assume both township shld be easy to access to each other.
My parent looking to get a house near to my location (SA). Not sure if we should go ahead or wait n c due to current economy uncertainty

I think that fella was trying to tell us that if EA and SA complement each other, not accessing into the residentials. The commercials are definitely accessible easily. It has a huge plot there.
*
Same thought. Otherwise I don't think the commercial activity can survive by depending on EA population.

Guys, any concept mall will be setting up in EA? I can only see the retail shops in their master plan.
By d way, they do have lot for corp office which will somehow boost up the commercial activities in SA & EA

Not a big one like setia city mall but a neighbourhood mall will be built
*
Personally feel that they should take the advantage of city mall and build something else that complement to each other. Nowadays not easy for mall to sustain. If too many malls surrounding, it may end up all gone case

By referring to the exist n entrance, most likely EA residents will be convenient to use SA or BR toll?

we cant expect SA just stop development as its now.....

there are many more developments within SA BBR and beyond. InP also got a piece of land opposite SA....

we just cant hope that all new developments wont be using persiaran Setia Alam.

Its sign of development just like anywhere else.
*
Understand... But we need to take the fact that we have only 1 entrance where most convenient/nearest for the residents. And yet some BBR residents are using SA toll instead of BR toll and I believe this will be the same case for I&P township. Moreover BBR have plenty of empty lands nearest to SA yet to develop.
Development is good but I can't see we have proper infrastructure to cope with the development. In this case Im referring to the traffic. I'm not sure if DASH already granted to proceed.

Infra cost is peanut to the overall project cost. With the benefit the link offers to the residents and the free advertisement it offers to the passer by, it is worth the slight investment.

Please reconsidering to add back a station to Setia City mall as per plan last time, this will be benefit alot for the resident around as the northern part ha lots of newly builded apartment, approximately 15K plus newly resident will be there in future. TQ

If not mistaken, residents from Meru has rejected this project to pass through their area. Source not confirmed.
Prasana have also figure out cost of bringing LRT to SA is higher.

In bolehland, political influence always the priority for issue solving. You shld ask SP, I&P, Simedarby, Eco or maybe PNB to lobby the government

Harlo, can u let me know what I have complain abt LRT by so far? I can't really recalled any of it. Pls screenshot n show me. Don't simply defame ppl jz for the sake of replying post.
I was telling u this is not the smart way by spamming ppl inbox to voice out ur complaint. This may eventually force them to ignore ur msg or similar msg sent by the rest. They are human and they may feel annoyed.
Looks like u r just born in Malaysia and u have no idea how the mechanism n unspoken rules worked over here

First, u have choose to ignore my question to u on 1st paragraph.
Secondly, I'm suggesting u not to spam but not asking u not to send ur opinion. Jadi or tak jadi I have no comment. But end of d day still ur right and choice. I jz hope that ur spamming method won't cz them to ignore others sender with similar request.

Have a nice day smile.gif

Guess so..
Wonder when can the company would be profitable hmm.gif
Too much taxpayer's money dump into the organization...

Some "co" do really make profit if their COGS & operating costs traded in fair value. Who is the beneficiary that selling a premium price to the co? They can pocket all the $$$ by expense off shareholder/stakeholder interest.
Sometimes there are hidden clauses imposed in the contract. Gov have to subsidy/compensate if min profit not achieve by the "co"

Everyone is so worried about land sinking...come on guys its EcoWorld. They can afford to pay for landfill/earthwork if they can afford to work on a land this big.
*
The land sinking issue in SA carry forward from the previous SP mgmnt team, which is the current Eco team. If I'm not wrong

Never got greatest township in KV
Only hv one of the best township.
SA n EP as well
U rare to say EP is the greatest township in entire KV Kah ??
I only will say SA n EP are one of the best township 😄😄

Agreed. SA is one of the proper planned township but not the best yet.
IMO, EW is considered a very young co. They are very good in brand packaging. However, their end product still have long way to justify whether a success, half-baked or failure. A bit worried on their very aggressive & high ambitious approach, especially on current market condition. Unless the lands they paid were prior to market booming period
