they are on different direction during rush hours....going to SA in the morning not an issue.

ecopark got plenty of smds....from old to new....from super small BU (like 2300sq) to super big BU (like 3500).

1.6mil is a bit generalised....

beside the 1st launch of smds in Ecopark was 599k...if can sell 1.6mio now is still good de..... rclxms.gif

The piece of land is undulating...and have many areas under water.

Lets hope ecoworld learns the earlier mistake of setia alam....houses were sinking....

The direct link only goes into EA...a gng estate. How this can benefit bbr and the likes?

Yes i tend to agree...whether its setia or ecoworld...their qualities at best will be very average.

Read eco sanctuary show village the show homes there already showing stress.....

Prior to 2013....its acceptable just to provide fng. Its lower in maintrnance and do provide good security. And i believe the process of converting the title to strata cost time and money.

But after 2013...u cant do fng anymore...either ind or strata...ind you cannot errect permanent guardhouse. Fencing i believe still can.

Therefore ew has no choice by to offer strata title.

Thats why the recent setia launch all non fng...

Ecopark original master plan already submitted and approved for 4 guard houses...

When they launched new phases they are all within these 4 guarshouses...

Ans they need to renew the permit (to have permanent guardhouse) i believe every 2 yrs.

And there is no guarantee these guardhouses will be there forever.
