Tbh.. EM and ES buyers got regret or not? If the price for EA is reasonably priced on par with SA prices..

Whatever is it. 1.3mil + setia alam + more commies and nearer to town + 10 to 15 mins to damansara via nkve + EW branding.. this is a no brainer. There will be a massive room for appreciation. Definitely a BBB as compared to any other EW townships that are launched in KV. But too early to tell if it's really 1.3mil. Find it quite hard to believe.

Try and call the number on EA website and its confirmed that 1st phase semi d from 1.3mil. But no sizes yet.

So near town plus so much more amenities yet cheaper than others. Finally a product a lot of ppl has been waiting for - EW + near pj/kl + resonaby priced
