That's what I understand as well.. Initial phase mostly sold out, only subsale tak jalan.. Because with the subsale price tag, much more choices in the vicinity are available.

Anyone knows about the details of the JV for EA? Profit sharing (50/50) or the land owner company shall possess a number of units for every phase of VP?

Depends how's the fencing and guard house located. Very seldom township project is fenced in perimeter along the project. Normally they are separated / fenced up in precinct manner. The internal road connecting each of the precincts normally public can use.

This is good for the corner unit near to the central park. But for the owner of the corner lot in another end, he/she will be cursing because every car in the same and opposite row also needs to pass through his units everyday, in and out. biggrin.gif
