Looking at the satellite view, EA will provide direct link between setia alam and section 7 shah alam.if this is true, then it is good as setia alam residence can easily get access to LRT3 station at i-city..is my assumption valid? Anybody has any view on this?

Hope for a new bridge linking SA directly to Sect 7..on the bright side, we will get LRT access..SA residents should push for it, i think, personally.

Rm200k for additional 850 sqft of land is rm235/sqft which is already a premium for a piece of land in SA..so EA will always be the winner..

I think it will just create the excitement in SA back. When there is good product people will come. Now with opening of access between SA and shah alam, and lrt access, SA will be more appealing..just my opinion..
