Cul de sac = no thru road.

But i couldnt understand wat jasonkor tried to explain above...its like taking me round the world in 20s and back to where i started.

A semi-d enclave has more outside space & lower density than a link house enclave. Some ppl willing to sacrifice internal space for that. That's why mini clusters like 30x55 or 32x60 can still sell.

Many ppl hope or expect EA will push up SA/EA price again. What do you guys think ? If yes which type of semi d / cluster semi in SA / EA will get more benefit from EA project?

My personal opinion. Semi d / cluster semi d in SA / EP with bigger BU, such as 3800 sf will be more happy especially corner lot.

But semi d/ cluster semi d in SA / EP with smaller BU, let say, 3000sf and below. Maybe won't happy much.

Apa opinion ?

I think it will just create the excitement in SA back. When there is good product people will come. Now with opening of access between SA and shah alam, and lrt access, SA will be more appealing..just my opinion..

The red lines with the arrow are the roads where the cars need to follow to the respective units. Centre is not accessible by cars as this is where the central linear garden located.

Guys, any concept mall will be setting up in EA? I can only see the retail shops in their master plan.
By d way, they do have lot for corp office which will somehow boost up the commercial activities in SA & EA
