Yes Cluster Semi D is a big turn off, it's like having 4 tenant families 'clustered' together, Personally I wouldn't go for it for own stay.
I would rather wait for a proper Semi D or Superlink Corner, backlane space and garden is very important in term of living layout. For 1.3 Mil there are better properties. |
