comparatively, 1 month 4.38%, 1 month almost 0%... it is averaged 2.19%.....  OCBC is 4.1% if you fulfil all criteria... or SCB 4.0% if you no invest.....

unless that amount you transfer to, is to a place with also 4.++%, then sure higher than OCBC or SCB....

but if averaged out is below 4.1%, means OCBC is still better....

If 1 month 4.38 citi then next month transfer 4.1 OCBC , rinse repeat?

Since the Titanium thread is closed, may I know if I am allowed to pay Statement amount less Unbilled rebated amount?
Or do I need to pay the statement amount and rebated amount won't count as payment (like CIMB credit cards)?
Thanks

Anyone with ocbc cards can help to answer? Please and tq

am i correct to say that OCBC wouldnt be the ideal situation if the Saving account is a inactive account, only monthly bank in money, not using it to pay bills or spend 500RM

You can make an inactivate account 'active' by 'using it'. Pay bills includes any transfer out (including to savings accounts). Spending can be done to reload Boost/BigPay for example.

You need to fulfill all 3 conditions in order to get 4.1%
(1) bank in at least RM500 per month
(2) pay 3 bills or transfer 3 different banks
(3) spend RM500 on OCBC CC

Hello,

For (2), transfer to same bank (non ocbc) but 3 different accounts will work?

Not sure. Let others answer you.
I always transfer more than 3 different banks.

Anybody know which balance is used to calculate the average balance? Total balance or available balance? This crossed my mind when I saw my available balance after deducting the floating amount.

I'm not sure about OCBC IB UI but UOB PIB UI will show you MAB of previous months for InvestPro and Stash accounts.
For Stash account, it'll also show how much you need to top up for the current month in order to get the bonus interest.

The product info sheet does show how to calculate the average daily account balance but it doesn't explicitly say which balance sweat.gif While it did mentioned that the base interest takes into account the entire account balance which again its not very clear.... making me assume its referring to the total balance? rclxub.gif

isn't it supposed to be the average balance? (Total daily amount divided by 30 or 31 days)

Yay. As I now will have more than 100k in the account for the whole month on 2nd Aug I expect to see this:

Interest credit: RM 16.99
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41

Let´s see if it will happen rclxms.gif
