Hi there, any idea how I can meet the 3 bills criteria?

The only bills I have to pay is TNB and Indah Water (every 2 months).

IBG charge is standard RM0.11 including gst.
No charge on bill payment.

I was not charged the 0.11 fee, maybe because of Premier Banking?

Anyway, it worked, Got the bonus three times, was worth it, because I left a lot of cash on the 360 account.

3*45 RM, that is good for a couple of extra laksas this month, almost a steak at Ipohs famous Volcano Grill rclxms.gif

I hope they will not kill the 4.1 @ 360 account.

it is still 4.1% but base interest reduce to 0.2%, while  bonus interest increase to 1.3% per each bonus category.
it is still 4.1% overall, but what will be the impact of reducing base interest?

I am perfectly happy with this. Will use the 360 account now even more than before.

Read the t&c of Citibank accelerate -> not really attractive.

The UOB stuff is even worse than the disappointing CIMB preferred current.

Yay. As I now will have more than 100k in the account for the whole month on 2nd Aug I expect to see this:

Interest credit: RM 16.99
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41

Let´s see if it will happen rclxms.gif

happy for u - i cant seem to hit even 50k hahaha

Me also never had more than 30 or 40k before in 360 account. But now with FD rates so low, staff told me not to renew matured FD, just let the money in 360 account and fulfill the 3 criteria. Which is easy job.

So you divert all in matured FD into 360 to reach 100k?
*
Not all. After reaching 100k I brought the rest to Affin Bank for FD.

Thanks for reply,
Just to confirm deposit mean must go cdm machine deposite RM500 right?
*

I though so for many years and always walked one time a month to the branch for the deposit. Until I forgot one time and got the bonus anyway for this criteria.

Just curious.

Is paying for Spotify and Netflix considered as the bill payment category or spending RM500 on your card?
*
If you pay by bank transfer it counts as bill payment, if you pay by credit/debit it counts as card spending

Lets say I have 100K this month in 360 account, and i fulfill all the condition. Meaning I will receive 100K x 4.1% interest on that month ?

Expect to get this:

Interest credit: RM 16.99
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41
360 Bonus Interest: RM 110.41

I am not sure how they count transactions close to the end of the month. TESCO for example needs at least two days, so if you spend there at the 30th of October it will get effective on 1st November or later.

I only get 2 incentives this month. I did the following
1. Transferred to 3 bank accounts, 2 of them is mine from CIMB and Public Bank, one is to my parents CIMB account.
2. Top up BigPay for RM500 and then transferred back to my OCBC account.
3. Transfer RM500 from my CIMB Bank to OCBC bank.

Am I missing something?
*
Very strange, lately I was overseas and could only do this.

1. Transferred to 2 bank accounts of mine at other banks and paid the maintainance fee for the condo by recurring IBG transfer
2. Top up BigPay for RM500
3. Transfer RM500 from my CIMB Bank to OCBC bank

All worked I got all 3 bonuses.

So my guess is that they did not like the BigPay In/Out. I left the 500 at BigPay to be safe.

For item 2, i think can get a OCBC credit card quite easy. Get the lowest requirement one.
*
OCBC is most reluctant to give out CC to it´s customers. Been refused twice, long time have given up and just use their debit card to fullfill the criteria. And I am long time customer of them, but anyway CC from CIMB and AmBank is much better.
