I'd agree he's good and efficient in his work. Made a call to Aeon and the CS pusing me here and there. Told me BT is only limited to 3 banks. I say go confirm then wait like no tomorrow. Hung up and recall and got connected to Mr Iee and he got my application going. Awaiting for call conformation calls. 

Well, I'd think good CS should get appraisal. Not sure where do we send the appraisal email to.

I did another BT yesterday. don't know can still get the 3% waived or not....if cannot, then may just break even with BT with the interest i earned or I lose slightly.

Straight-Through-Processing

In CCRIS, you will see the outstanding (all 85%), updated every month. Even though it's a 12-month BT with 0%, other banks wouldn't know. Standard rule applies:

E.g if your total BT amount is 20K, banks will take 5% of the outstanding CC amount, in this case 5% x 20,000 = RM1,000.

That's RM1,000 commitment every month deducted from your net income. So yeah, it will affect any loan applications (bank related).

That's really good advice and what I did when applying for housing loan. I was concerned with number of cards held and my numerous BT, but that's not necessarily a deal breaker depending on what the banks are looking for, as well as the amount of loan compared to the individuals credit worthiness. In my case, it was OK despite the crazy number of entries.
