I was trying to open this page http://www.nagain.com/  but the speed is quite slow and there is a lot of packet loss. While using my hp u mobile it can load up quite fast. Any idea what is the problem here?
*
Looks like the site www.nagain.com is hosted in China. The packet loss is probably caused by the GFW of China.

The modem/BTU will always belong to the ISP, whether it's TM, TIME or Maxis. That will have to be returned when you choose to terminate.

The router and phone is yours to keep after the initial 2-year contract ends.

what about the hypptv box? Need to return after contract?

All unified equipment from TM including phone set, modem , router , hppptv box need to return to TM if u terminate contract , if not , u would charged for RM 500, equipment fee.

RM 253 (sports package with iptv 10mb) x 10 months = RM 2530 .....

Hi,

I don't have problem with streaming or downloading but when I tried to play online games, it lag unbearably.

Even tried playing RO online with server in SG but the lag...... is this happening to all?
*
Its happening to everyone. I play WoW and i'm getting higher latency than usual. What's worse even after sending them tracerts, multiple emails etc, they refuse to acknowledge the problem or even respond to any of my emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even an ETA to when all this will be fixed. We're all just forced so sit in the dark meanwhile.

No before contract is finished - I was lucky whereby I moved to another area with no TM coverage but i had to go to the center to return all their equipment to them
