The modem/BTU will always belong to the ISP, whether it's TM, TIME or Maxis. That will have to be returned when you choose to terminate.

The router and phone is yours to keep after the initial 2-year contract ends.

All unified equipment from TM including phone set, modem , router , hppptv box need to return to TM if u terminate contract , if not , u would charged for RM 500, equipment fee.

i know, but Time is not a small company like Symphonet.. they are among the 3 major ISPs in Klang Valley.
are you in the residents whatsapp group? everyone complaining, some even feel angry/regretful for subscribing to Time because of this. They would rather have taken the more expensive & slower Unifi, as long as dont have these kinda rubbish.

In 1 month, the internet was down at 3 occasions. and i would say about 50% of the residents here are subscribed to Time. and its not just down for 1 block/building. There's 11 blocks of buildings in total. That's a lot of internet down time for a lot of people.

Just because it's frequency is not as often as that garbage Symphonet. How about comparing vs Unifi and vs Maxis?

Don't use powerline.
They decrease the speed.
Upgrading router is your best choice.

Powerline limit their speed 100Mbps only.
Suggest you to change.

Make sure you have your PPPoE login credentials.

Hi, I've been wondering why TIME hasn't cover Damansara Damai area yet, from the package it is obvious that it is a lower cost and higher speed package than unifi, does TIME not receive enough request for this area? Is the public not conscious of the existence of TIME? I've been waiting for years for TIME to come to Damansara Damai yet to no avail. From simple logic, people in low income area should be subscribing TIME not unifi.

I wish they can invest a bit in marketing to the people in this area, because logically the package they're providing is basically a steal compared to unifi. Will it be very hard to convert people? I don't think so, but man, I wish they would do the marketing. The last time I applied for this area is 1.5 years ago.
