Yah, my friend stayed at the Light also said he tried to do speedtest yesterday, managed to get 85mb.

But every night I (including yesterday), i tested the speedtest, I only got either 2mb, or i get 8mb. But upload speed kinda ok at 60mb.

It happen since last 3 days ago.

Before that I did speedtest, both upload and download were 98Mbps.

Hi Guys... the issues have been reported, please test again tonight & perhaps monitor following few Nights as well...

The following symtoms hv been spotted (cabled connections) :

1) Download speed decreased tremendously, upload speed not affected.
2) Higher ping compared to normal.

Do feedback to CS@time.com.my immediately for easier troubleshooting.

Range for obvious reason...

I think there haven't been a shortage of people reporting the problem.

What we want now is for TIME to stop staying silent, acknowledging the problem and giving us an ETA as to when it will be fixed... or maybe they'll just take the popular 'head in the sand' approach and keep pretending everything is a-ok.

I just got my time up last night I have similar case with you also download at 2mb and upload at 20mb, where as my package is 300mb

i just move to cyberjaya and time was the only internet provider at my home. i just wondering with all the complaint with unstable internet, should i get other telco broadband or should i proceed with TIME?

Every telco have complain i think

Am wondering - does TIME expect us to return the equipment if we change provider after the contract ends? that way I can sell the D-Link provided by them to cover a new router costs.

I know unifi collects it if you terminate before contract ends...but not sure if they do collect after contract ends....

Now for TIME, once the contract ends...you're saying they will not collect, correct?

The modem/BTU will always belong to the ISP, whether it's TM, TIME or Maxis. That will have to be returned when you choose to terminate.

The router and phone is yours to keep after the initial 2-year contract ends.

I was trying to open this page http://www.nagain.com/ but the speed is quite slow and there is a lot of packet loss. While using my hp u mobile it can load up quite fast. Any idea what is the problem here?

I don't have problem with streaming or downloading but when I tried to play online games, it lag unbearably.

Even tried playing RO online with server in SG but the lag...... is this happening to all?
