Does anyone know if i still can get the digi smart prepaid?

When i click http://new.digi.com.my/ms/promotion/smartprepaid buy on this page it says digi smart prepaid but the picture is digi live, which one is true which one is not? And if it is actually digi live then does digi live comes with free basic internet? I looked for it anywhere and it doesn't seem to say anything..

not sure if this has been asked before but i cant find any where..

do we need to open apps (i.e. spotify) from music freedom apps every time if we want it to be able to capture our data usage?

or as long as music freedom is installed, we can just open spotify without opening music freedom 1st?

Digi getting careless; forgot to update the Malay version of the page.  Smart Prepaid cannot buy already.

where to subscribe RM70 (7GB+3GB+2GB), any suggestion...?

Smart prepaid plan no more available.  Live prepaid has no free basic data, only the free streaming data.

Ported in to digi this morning. Still waiting for the process to be completed as of now.

Wanted to choose the family package initially but the guy over the counter gave me a better offer. RM80 for 7GB+3GB weekend, rebate RM10 for a year for MNP, and Rm48 for 5GB data, another 2GB from the original 3GB package. RM128 plus taxes but more quota compared to what I'm getting from celcom, so here I come digi.

Used to be with digi a few years ago where their service & coverage was terrible, hopefully now it is a different thing.

Digi expected to get some more new customers from Maxis since some are angry because they stop giving free spotify premium.

Now I fell Digi connection little slower ady! Probably too many people port in lately again! I just moved to new house (8th Floor) and the connection there quite unstable! It fluctuates between H+ and 4G in between and then if it turns to H+, the connection is so slow and cannot load internet.

So far so good, but I realised battery consumption once I've switched to digi is higher, probably due to the frequent switch btw 3G & LTE at my work place.

I called in to digi earlier to check why I was charged 5 times SMS to UK RM0.50 each.

Customer service agent reason is that IF I am using iphone and each facetime / imessage will be charge.

This would be ridiculous if its true. Already lodged a report to check on this.

Anyone facing the same problem?

same case like me. already call and make a report.
yesterday got call from CS Digi.
they explain why kena cas.
this month (RM45) comfirm wave.
but she teach me to change from using number > email.
if i ever use imessage/facetime.
 

if i jus close the imassage function, will it be same or not?

other telco like maxis and celcom don't charge if we activate facetime by using our handphone number. only digi charges it as international sms. this one i find it quite ridiculous. some people don't want to use email as facetime ID, due to privacy concern.
