hi do you guys get itemized ebill from Digi? all I received are only the billing details, total data usage. there are no itemized details for calls being made , minutes Etc. is it supposed to be like that ?

Are you guys seriously satisfy with Digi?

So far my experience is very bad.... signal in building is bad... and coverage in KL not that good compared to other Telco....

Maybe you can argue that their coverage is better outside KL but that is really unnecessary.
I seriously want to potong the contract but have to pay severe penalty since I just signed up not long ago.... If no penalty... I straight away cancel the contract..

shouldn't you be checking the coverage BEFORE you sign up for contract plan? I would because I will be committing 24 months contract to a telco. of course all telco agents will tell you everywhere got coverage. anyway nasi already become Bubur. learn from this and move on.

next time , before sign up contract , check coverage , check coverage , check coverage.

secondly , be prepared telco may offer something better later after u sign up contract.

if your personality is the type that gets heart attack and jelly fast when telco changes plan , then I suggest you stay with prepaid and direct purchase your future phones. prepaid - you can change telco like you change underwear.
