no wonder Digi cost is cheaper. China suppliers would even give huge discount. until even US state of department made some inquiry on that

because of their parent holding company - Telenor.. they can bulk order & use in few countries where they're operating

celcom is famous for unstable 4G connection.

well everyone knows that Celcom 4G is not stable & sometimes sucks in speed but their 3G is superb.

most time 3G speed is faster than 4G
