Kanthal is not recommended for TC. I suggest you go for SS 316L if your mod supports it. Make sure the coil is spaced.

Got some strawberries and blueberries for a bit of extract-making


Washed, hulled and sliced 250gm strawberries


2x 8g N2O cartridges, 300ml PG (the VG version didn't turn out so well)


Smells like strawberries, tastes like strawberries


After straining, end result was 320ml of strawberry flavoring, approx cost (fruit, PG, N2O) is 7.5sen/ml. The blueberries were not up to standard, so I decided to use them for other purposes.

those factory use these method to extract also?

Technically speaking, I made an infusion, not an extract. The pressure of the N2O penetrates the strawberry, and when the pressure is suddenly released, the gas rushes out of the strawberry cells carrying the flavors into the medium(PG). If you're referring to TFA, Capella etc, I'm pretty sure they don't do it this way at all; they just use lab-made chemicals to duplicate the flavor.

And u r right about consistency of flavor being a problem. That's where your tongue and fruit-selection comes in, to try and get the best flavor by using the best ingredients u can find.

Make sure your coil is directly on top of your air flow. 7 wraps max. I'll do 3mm 7 wraps on it these days.

How about a photo of yr current build? Maybe yr build is ok but you may be having a bout of vaper's tongue?

Most Capella, Flavour Art and Flavor West can do single flavors. 20% plus sweetener that you need and you are good to go.
