I'm using my 3G sim with a CSL modem but the connection always got disconnected. So what is the problem? Coz of the modem or sim card or service provider or weak line?

Askar Perang, which model you using? I Using the u1-tf modem and i couldnt get to 3g connection since day 1. It is like maxis 3g connection rejects my connection. I got 2 of them, one of them could only connect EDGE, another one couldn't even detect both my multi-sim

But the funny thing is, both of these modem can work with my sim card(Maxis) which is meant for calling purpose, with 3g and super fast speed.

Anyone mind to clarify? X_X Maxis CS will assist me soon, complained since day1..

this issue was the same of my sierra aircard 881u...

couldn't detect/connect with maxis multisim 1 line...but it can connect with normal maxis sim & hotlink sim....

i suggest u to get unlock huawei modem.. E156G works best for me now....

what u can do with your locked u1-tf modem is, if they(the seller) promised u at the time u bought your modem, its fully unlock with all simcards, then u should claim warranty or ask them to FULLY unlock your modem...bring the multisim 1 line simcard together....

I tried with my phone (nokia 5800) and the disconnection is not so frequent.
But with this CSL modem, I always get disconnected tho.

Anyway to solve this?

I'm using normal maxis 3G sim (not multi sim), taking the unlimited package of RM99 per month.
The connection is good. But the problem is, it will always get disconnected.

finally,

where is your location?

if it is PJ ( near moderator Fruitie's area ) then it is bandwidth saturation or line congestion
