New Civic interior cheap like city? sure bo? I think u look at old model. lol. for me is premium with all soft touch even the rear door panel is soft touch with leather. door is solid & heavy. Way better than the old civic. Quality & interior is as premium as M3. Yes the turbo wont feel like VW turbo but definately more powerful than Mazda 3 especially city drive with 220nm from 1700-5500rpm.

Handling i can say Mazda 3 is slightly better and more solid. Civic rank 2nd among all japanese C segment. Civic handling and steering feel quite good also. no seaweed lar..

M3 better safety with SCBS, RVM, LDWS. Civic with remote engine start, rear aircond, LCD meter.

Offcourse Civic is quieter, better NVH, spacious interior & 520Lit boot space.

Comparison between 1.5 turbo vs 2.0 skyactive smile.gif

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0A99Gjt-I8

Both M3 & civic are equally good. The rest like slyphy, altis, cerato, elantra etc 2nd grade.

maybe im not a fan of honda plastics and the interior unit design....civic now to me has very much lost the spirit of the civic-ness since the FB...perhaps the civic type-r might change my mind about it...

other things i prefer the m3 over the civic is the organ style pedal...especially if ure used to driving european cars, more comfortable on long journeys...loved it when honda used it for the FD...so far i know cerato also use those pedals

civic makes a better family car...but then dono why no foldable seats....to maintain demand for hrv?

I would guess Eibach suits your needs (currently using too)
H&R drop is too low, Tein is more performance type
the rest is abit uncommon here
dropped my front diffuser on highway, improper installation.....

I read around some other online forums claiming 0W-20 Code 901 for our M3 improves the performance in quite a significant way

Anyone with past experience?
*
Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Fully Synthetic 5W-20 with Pureplus Technology, RM185/5-quart.

It is made from natural gas. You can refer to the PDS here.

Yet to test drive new civic but does drop by to see see look look

yup the interior build quality is bad compare to M3, the door is not solid only the open/close is really tight. leg room and rear aircon is nice for family use. LCD cockpit is awesome. Turbo engine bay are too cramped, many overheat issue happen hence the tune down of engine speed. Button on steering are stiff, leather seat feeling M3 are still better and nicer look (sportier).

oh don't forget Mazda 3 is 2014 car and Civic is 2016, 2 year technology different smile.gif

Taking my car on wed/thursday,

Wonder is there any thing we can/need to do and dont?
such as will bodykits affect the warranty ? like if we accident then they will excusing us due to the bodykits. coz my SA, vy new , ask him this and that, he all dont know cry.gif

for tint, i might take huper optik / raytech, dont really wan to use that raytech 'voucher' . prefer choosing myself instead limited by the voucher.

for window visor, dont wan to install first, lazada selling at around rm 100++

bought the key cover from lazada too. tongue.gif tongue.gif

now thinking about the spoiler, i wan to get a spoiler, the rear kosong, feels like lack of something.

Get Motul, by far the best recommended whistling.gif
*
Not all Motul lubes are good.
The low end Multigrade, Multipower & 4100 series are craps.
300V and 8100 series are good, but their prices are out of budget for most.

If you accident then should claim insurance not the warranty

Body kit won't affect warranty claim, unless you want to claim for color difference or scratches when you collect your car, but that have to do it on the spot when you collect your car, not after you install body kit

If you want to claim for battery failure for example, body kit is not related to battery so they won't care if you have body kit or not

So far there are 4 type of spoiler, the commonly found OEM ducktail spoiler, JDM modified ducktail spoiler, autoexe spoiler and some Taiwan spoiler that look like Honda civic FD spoiler

Keeping a white car clean is a headache, although the headache can be reduced a bit by doing coating.
