TX-2 is more recognized than TX-1 for sure .. and the reason is it performs on par with AS5 and MX-2 ... brows.gif

I'm using it myself and find the result is just impressive as MX-1 and AS5 ..

Yo bro, how u get the BIOS load temperature ... ??

Usually in BIOS mode, CPU is not stressed so the temperature may not rise to load condition ...

hmm I wonder the internal sensor chip is functional correctly or not ..

You could try ur CPU and cooler on another mobo and check out the temperature.

see whether it shows the same result as your current mobo or not ..

Hello all, can you solve my problem. Below is my computer specification:

Pentium D 940 3.2Ghz, 800Mhz FSB, 2x2MB L2 Cache
Intel D945PLRN motherboard
Kingston 1GB*2 DDR2 533Mhz
Leadtek Winfast PX6600GT TDH
Western Digital 160GB
Seagate 250GB
Western Digital 320GB

And my computer temperature

Motherboard-50C
CPU-60C
GPU-55C
Western Digital 160GB-50C
Seagate 250GB 47C
Western Digital 320GB-52C

Here is my question:-
1)Is these normal temperature for my computer?
2)I have bought a Cooler Master Sphere for CPU Cooler, but nothing change to my CPU temperature(compare to stock) since i was install on it cry.gif cry.gif
3)Should i change my CPU cooler, if yes, which Cooler Master CPU Cooler suitable for my PC.

Mmmm...your cpu temp quite high...make sure the temp not exceed 70 for safety... I think u should choose better thermal paste...try MX-2 or tuniq TX-2..

First of all, the temp for the CPU, mobo and the hdd is pretty high...you say you buy CM Sphere to replace the stock cooler, how you install it? di you apply any thermal paste? did you apply it in correct way?

try arrange the cable in your casing, this will make the air flow better which will result in a better temp...did your casing have any intake and exhaust fan? if no, try to get one... icon_rolleyes.gif

as for the hdd temp, if you have a good air flow and have an intake fan which blow thru the hdd, the temp will reduce...if the temp still very high, you can try those hdd cooler...pretty good in cooling your hdd... icon_rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

Core temp.I think 9.5 is more accurate from my personal experience.Thermalright is better but Xigmatek SHT1283 or Tuniq Tower 120 offer similar performance for less price.

haih ... i'm a bit frustrated.
why is it with arctic freezer 7 pro on 3GHz c3d e4300 the temps are 46'c @ idle and 68'c @ load (using ac mx-2) ...i feel something is wrong

tried to re-sit the proc & hsf 2-3 times and it's the same ..
everything seems tights/firm to me ... and my casing is an open-case
