Another query. I realised after conversion from avi --> mpg, the video size is a lot smaller (around half the original size) and audio is very soft (original didn't have problems with this). Can anyone explain if there's a setting which I need to fiddle prior to conversion? I kept most of my video setting to Auto instead of 4:3 aspect. Should I have selected 4:3 aspect instead? What about the audio bit?

well, i have some movie in rmvb format (downloaded from BT la~)
and i want to burn it into VCD so that i could watch it at TV...can sit at sofa and watch~ much more comfortable.. hehe~

but i found that 150MB rmvb file turn into 450MB when i trying to burn into VCD............wow! 3X larger!

is there any solution i could do??
wish to keep the small saiz of the movie, so that i could burn several movie in a disk....

any solution could recommend?

nothing u can do about that.. when u burn into vcd.. the file will convert from real media type to mpeg type.. thats why the file become large..

usually.. in one vcd.. u only can put 1 hour to 1 n half hour of video or movie..

1. HelixSDK.zip - 3.4M
2. HelixSDK0715.exe - 3.7M

Try download those files & see if those files suits your need.

I'm trying to convert my Avi(xvid + ac3) to VCD using Tempenc but the sound come out the volumn high and low . How to make it stereo with balance volumn.

how to check which type can be converted into vcd using nero? some cannot, some become bigger size and some just right

Try with Goldwave.
Open the MP3 with goldwave, then save it in different BITRATE. the lower bitrate, the smaller size, but quality decreased.
It also can do BATCH CONVERSION.

but recently i discover SOME of the mp3 i convert from wma will having some noise like 'tik tik tik' in th background.

but some was ok? is it the software not good or wat ha?

hey i got download one movie but got dual language one...and i cannot
choose voice language, i play with Window Media Player.

and the file is Winamp Media file.

how switch other language ? pls help me........
