I disassembled weekly to clean burrs. No need to redial grind setting. The top burr doesn't move, the bottom move. Just unscrew and clean!

Awesome, Thanks for the advice because i saw 2 set of way in youtube about maintenance.... one with redial the grind setting while another non required to redial.... thumbsup.gif

Places that come to mind: AEON Jusco , Isetan, Parkson.... anywhere they sell Hario products.

Since I'm an online shopping kaki, my option would be:

Well I am just sharing the price in states with the model.
If you can find replacement locally or in close by great
Buy 64mm don't fit need to buy 65mm, wouldn't be more costly?

Sending from USA postage not going to be cheap, at usd$25. Or buy locally if price is cheaper. If item plus shipping is cheaper than local, costly shipping is a moo point

No harm trying if he's going to refund you...why not first ask him to take a plan view picture and see if the dimensions/holes align? Don't even have to waste postage.

This La Scala brand I think was rebadged into UK/Aust?...its been a while I don't remember...they also took from other makers...so only you can tell if it's a Macap.

how much dose do you guys use for 2 shots normally?
here my details
1. i dose 17-18g - extract 36-40g espresso - 25s - into 8oz drinks - dry coffee puck
2. i dose 14-16g - extract 28-32g espresso - 25s - into 8oz drinks - wet coffee puck

for the 1st condition i need to tamp harder
for the 2nd condition i need to grind 1 notch finer and tamp light

does wet or dry coffee puck explain anything?
do u guys normally tamp hard? normal? light? no tamp?
