Okay more lelong units check in now. Only 2 sold so far.
Others still available. Waiting for price drop.
Another unit already at below 300K. Cheaper than rumahwip price. Should attract few bidders fight I guess.

In my opinion, to drop further, there are a few enablers
(1) Multiple cheap auction units the same time, ie to boost the supply. Will banks do/allow it??
(2) No/few ppl willing to rent this place, ie low demand for rental. To compete amongst owners, lower rental will be introduced. This drives potential auction bidders to think thrice
(3) Interest to go higher

Once below 300K sure to attract bidders already.
The lower the price, the more bidders will come. So no point also actually. Price will end back up to 300K.

There are a few 800 sqft in the listing. Collectively bidders can sink it below 300.

1 unit bidders will fight. Multiple units of the same, just sink it

Below the commercial shop lot mcm not bad the business.
Can sustain with so many units on top.

50% occupancy rate will be 2700unit x 3 bedder
8100 people on top of the project.

Even selling chicken rice everyday serve 400 people can earn a good income for a family already.

Saw many shops below hang up signage... and also banner... which some deteriorated the building image... within few months after VP...
The banner with buy FON here is super ugly...

compare to deteriorated the building image, residence will more care about the convenience. Once all the shoplot open its can be a self sustained residence living area. Can get everything and settled everything within walking distance?

Yeah it will be peak, chaos, as too much people at this area, but every project is the same, enjoy the pros, received the cons.

for any people still consider open a business at Razak City, can refer to OUG parkland. Totally same concept and the check how OUG parkland business traffic and how the business doing well or bad.
