1045 sf with 350k = RM298.57 psf only.
Ruwamip 300k also only can get 800 sf = RM375 psf, even higher

Bcoz I got saw some service apartment got rules fine RMxxx if doing airbnb, approved through AGM.

price keep dropping due to lelong. Btw, how about the rental market? Hearsay bare unit 2 rooms also can rent RM1.2k, consider cheap or overprice?

- Jammed pagi teruk wei even nak keluar RC, also ramai org luar take shortcut
- Lobby kepam
- Lif only have 1 side button (right), left no button. Susah lo everytime want touch card
- No food/drink drop off on mailbox
- Lif only 4 include sampah
- Sometime bising sbb concert at TUDM base
- Anjing liar bersepah at kopitiam
- Parking guest kena bayar commercial rate
- Clamp fix rate RM100
- Parking still pakai like touch n go, change to rfid la
- Gym only basic item

Cons
- Kedai banyak, complete city
- Mamak got 5 stalls (Tholath Maju Briyani nyum tongue.gif )
- Got cctv everywhere inc your floor
- Secure cause need to touch card to your floor
- Bonggol everwhere so no mat rempit rclxub.gif
