If developer want to build link bridge should get the government authority department approval. They will have an approval construction plan. If buyer want confirmed, then ask the Sale admin, sale agent showed the approval plan, that will do.

this is bus station & the bus schedule? Very nice, not one like traffic jammed since at the entrance. Due to traffic, malaysia most of the time the bus schedule is so uncertainty for the user, except government come out with apps that can tracking the bus on map, and resident used to it then can ready encourage the citizen to use bus.

Even 1 %, there will be more than 50 unit to be auction already. Touch wood, but this is the norm problem for high density project. Especially buy for investment one.

The best way is to sell the property, not wait it to be auction.
It's not only affacted your credit report, it also involve even huge amount of fee compare to selling it into market.
If you sell below market 10%, your may only lose 10% + 3% agent fee + some break contract fee (loan agreement)
But if your unit sold by auction, your not only lose the percentage (each round 10% below) + Auctioneer fee + legal fee involve + higher interest rate involve and etc etc.

I think not, haha sqwhere auction unit for whole year but rc only entitled last quarter. Residensi Hijauan Shah alam seen a lot lelong also.

Yes MV nearer to mrt station and ready development like trx and velocity. Somemore trx mall planning to open this year before Christmas, it will further boost the MV demand. Rc are waiting Bandar Malaysia development. Still got some time. Hope the owner can hold until Bandar Malaysia finished

I feel as long facing outside unit should be nice unit to grab. Facing inside feel anxiety

Even selling chicken rice everyday serve 400 people can earn a good income for a family already.

compare to deteriorated the building image, residence will more care about the convenience. Once all the shoplot open its can be a self sustained residence living area. Can get everything and settled everything within walking distance?
Yeah it will be peak, chaos, as too much people at this area, but every project is the same, enjoy the pros, received the cons.
